CAR.ONE is a non-real company, on which I was given a task from my studies to design the flow of 2 main wireframes for a website where users can plan a route and in addition the stops and gas stations they will pass during the trip.
All this, taking into account the users to get the nearest and cheapest gas station.
interviews
I conducted an interview with 4 participants who all drive at least twice a week.
Findings
The main findings repeated by all participants were
1-pressure and uncertainty- fear of not finding a gas station on time especially on a long drive when you're about to run out of fuel.
2- Security - Get the latest information about gas stations and arrival time.
One participant raised another finding
3 -charging stations for electric vehicles.
THE PERSONAS
User testing
Following the test, I made a number of changes.
First, change the visibility of the route on the map from a straight line to a steep line.
Second, mark the stop stations in red on the map.
Third, the accuracy of the information in the search results.
