Editing the task

It all started as part of communication studies in a user experience characterization course.
as a busy student leading busy daily life. the topic was clear to me "time management". first I thought about the target audience of teens but I realized that relatively their schedule is structured and organized and the burden falls on the parents especially on the mothers. chosen the sub-theme is time management among mothers. We have identified a target audience with the most difficulty in time management, especially in the State of Israel. Moms lead a busy routine that combines a career, an important part of the household, and at the same time as mothers.
I conducted interviews and found out about the problem and the common need that emerges from the problem.
Interviews
Four career women mothers from a variety of shades of Israeli society.
Shirley Tzemach is 40 years old, married with three children, a fitness trainer and manager of Mamant in Kfar Saba, a full-time mother who leads a busy family life.
Dafna Sussman, 32, married plus one child, product manager at a high-tech company, a promising young new mother!
Moran Shalom Lima, 40, a mother of four, runs a cosmetics salon and is undoubtedly heavily influenced by the Corona period.
Rivka Vardi Haredi, 44, mother of 8 children and grandmother of 3 grandchildren, runs the Haredi branch at the Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, a fascinating, busy, and ambitious woman.

Personas
Based on the user research, we set up four personas. We referred to them throughout the entire product development process. The personas included Demographic details such as age and place of residence and education as well as broader details such as interests and hobbies.
The Solution
MULTITASK app combines a diary with a to-do list, you can enter new events and prioritize them, follow the schedule and build it optimally. What makes this app unique is that each user gets a company in a virtual form that will learn to know it in-depth, accompany it throughout the day, give feedback and encourage the user to create an effective and correct schedule for themselves.

User Testing
I conducted usability tests on two women who feet our target audience: Shirley and Shir. .An example question we asked was what was their overall experience from the app?
Example of a change following the tests, We change the colors of the tasks to green, yellow, and red.
